RETURN POLICY
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is absolute - we stand proudly behind the products we sell. After you have received your order, we will happily refund or exchange any item within 10 days. Please read the following to determine the process you should follow to initiate a return.The item being returned or exchanged must meet the following criteria:
1. Be in original and saleable condition.
2. The item must be packed in and returned with all of its original packaging, including its original shipping box. If you did not keep the original cardboard shipping box you MUST still ship the item back in an equivalent cardboard shipping box. Please re-wrap the item in the tissue paper, place it in the decorative box, and then place that box inside the cardboard shipping box surrounded by peanuts.
4. All returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
A custom order is defined as one you contacted Love Ministries, Inc. about and had created to your specifications, or made direct changes not listed as original options on the site.
In case of returns, Love Ministries, Inc. will refund the full purchase price of the item exclusive of any shipping charge incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your returned item for your refund to be issued. In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will take back the item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax (if applicable), and original shipping costs. When you receive your order, please look over the contents carefully. If upon inspection you find the item to be flawed, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipment provided you use a ground shipping service, such as UPS, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Priority Mail. Shipping fees will only be reimbursed for the value of a ground shipping service, as previously described, which typically costs between $6.00 and $7.00.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must call 513.737.LOVE or e-mail us at rmfrancis@juno.com to receive an authorization code for your return. Please write this number on the outside of the shipping box. Without it the package will not be accepted. When you contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number please indicate if you are returning an item shipped incorrectly or a defective item.

RETURN SHIPPING
Please return the item pre-paid and insured for the full amount of purchase excluding tax and any shipping costs. We will not be responsible for any damage incurred upon return if the package is not insured. You may return via UPS, Federal Express, or the US Postal Service to:

REFUNDS
If you paid by check or money order, you will be issued a check by Love Ministries, Inc. for the full purchase price exclusive of any shipping charges.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations can only be made by calling customer service at 513.737.LOVE Monday through Friday, 10 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST, before the order has processed.
Love Ministries, Inc. will not accept cancellations on any custom orders. An order is defined as "custom" when you have contacted a designer either by email or phone, to request a special order or which was not listed as an original option on Love Ministries.org. Please do not email any changes or cancellations.

PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank as payment. When you get to the Payment section of the checkout process, simply select "Pay by Check or Money Order". Once you have fully submitted your order, please send payment to the following address:

WHY THIS TAKES LONGER
Please be aware that paying by check or money order does slow down the ordering process, as we will not process your order until payment is received. Paying by personal check will slow your order down two to three weeks. For faster service, we suggest you send a Certified Check drawn on a U.S. bank.
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully - When sending payment via check or money order, please write your order number clearly on the front of the check or money order. Your order number can be found in the order notification email you received from us after your order was processed. We will not be able to identify you unless you follow this process. If you have trouble locating your order number, please give us a call at 513.737.LOVE. For identification purposes, our customer service representatives will ask you for the email address you used when submitting your order to obtain your order number

SALES TAX
A 7% sales tax is charged to those purchases made in the state of Ohio. It will be calculated for you at the time of checkout. Love Ministries, Inc. is a tax exempt company.
